Ross Stafford serves as the Bus Franchising Contract and Performance Manager at Transport for Greater Manchester since November 2022. With a career starting at Sainsbury's as a butcher, Ross built extensive experience at Stagecoach Bus from September 2006 to October 2022, holding roles such as Head of Service Delivery and Operations Manager across multiple depots, as well as Acting Operations Director on two occasions. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Oxford, alongside various qualifications in Human Resources Management and logistics, and a Level 2 IOSH certification in Health & Safety.
