Mat Clayton has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as the Lead IT Service Manager at Transport for Greater Manchester since September 2008. Prior experience includes roles as Service Manager at itSMF UK from 2000 to 2013, and various positions at Computacenter Plc between January 1999 and November 2007, including Service Manager, Senior Service Management Consultant, and Service Improvement Consultant. Mat Clayton holds a BSc 2:1 (Hons) degree in Financial Services & Business Computer Systems from the University of Gloucestershire, earned from 1991 to 1995.
