Ben Jenner-Hurford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT and public service. Currently serving as the Service Desk Team Lead and 3rd Line Support Engineer at Transparity since August 2022, Ben also holds the position of Elected Councillor for Ilminster Town Council, where responsibilities include chairing the Resources Committee. Ben has a strong background in various IT roles, having previously worked as IT Infrastructure Lead and IT Analyst at Porter Dodson LLP, and ICT Network Manager at Swanmead Community School. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computing and Internet Technology and a National Diploma in IT System Support and Networking, all from Bridgwater & Taunton College. In addition, Ben is actively involved with epic.LAN as a Co-Opted Councillor and Commercial Manager.
