Katherine Doucet is an experienced professional with a background in logistics and procurement, currently serving as a Course Instructor at Calian Group since January 2021, focusing on the integration of women and gender perspectives in armed forces. Prior to this role, Katherine held multiple positions at Bombardier Transportation, including Procurement Project Manager and Senior Buyer, and served as Administration Branch Head at the 1st Canadian Division Headquarters. Katherine's career in the Canadian Forces spanned from December 1987 to June 2012, where roles included Logistics Officer and various senior logistics positions within the Canadian Defence Academy and Land Force Doctrine and Training System. Katherine holds a Master's degree in Defence Studies from the Royal Military College of Canada and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Western University.
