Charles Hardy Jr. serves as the Head of Product Marketing and Design at Transnetyx and is involved in Marketing at Laragen Inc. Additionally, Charles is the Founder and Principal Product Designer at Cavalli Designs, where expertise in digital strategy, UX research, UI-visual design, and service design is applied to create impactful solutions for various clients. Previous roles include Principal User Experience Designer and Principal Service Designer at Capital One, Lead Interaction Designer at Accenture Federal Services, and Senior Product Designer at GEICO, among others. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media & Web Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate of Arts in Multimedia Design from Bucks County Community College, complemented by training from General Assembly.
