Marry Jelle E. is an experienced HR professional with a focus on developing HR agendas and strategies. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at TESI since April 2022, Marry is responsible for crafting HR policies and practices. Previously, Marry worked as a Recruitment Assistant at Abba Personnel Services, Inc. from December 2020 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Filipino workers for overseas clients in Saudi Arabia and the United States, utilizing various sourcing strategies. Marry also gained experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Universal Storefront Services Corporation in early 2020. Marry holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing/Marketing Management from San Mateo Municipal College, earned between 2016 and 2020.
