Ijeoma Ukwuoma is an experienced professional in human resources and office administration, currently serving as a Human Resources Officer at Transcorp Group since October 2021. In this role, Ijeoma supports the Head of Human Capital Management in developing HR plans and improving business efficiencies, while coordinating training sessions and liaising with external training bodies.
