Ranga Charumbira is an accomplished professional with over 22 years of experience in the business process outsourcing and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Insights at Transmute BPO, Ranga is instrumental in developing strategies that optimize operations and enhance customer engagement during the company's incubation phase. Previously, Ranga held various leadership roles at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe, including Manager of BI & Analytics and Team Lead for CX Projects & Reporting, and extensive experience in customer service and sales. Ranga's educational background includes a BPhil Honours in Marketing and a Diploma in Marketing from IMM Graduate School, along with certifications in Customer Service Management from the Chartered Institute of Customer Management and completion of a Management Development Program at the National University of Science and Technology.
