Shane Draper is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and network administration. Currently a Desktop Support Specialist at TransMontaigne Partners LLC since May 2022, Shane previously served as an IT User Support Technician Level II at Pegasystems, where support was provided to over 3,500 users. Prior roles include Systems Network Administrator at M3 Accounting Services, managing extensive Windows servers and network infrastructure, and Desktop Support Specialist at Jackson Healthcare, focused on LAN/WAN administration and Active Directory management. Additional experience includes desktop support roles at The Home Depot and Cottrell Inc., the latter involving long-term network administration and technical support services. Shane holds a BS in Applied Computer Science with honors from Southern Polytechnic State University.
