Ryan Keel currently serves as the Director of Business Development at TransMontaigne Partners LLC, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at Sunoco LP as Sr. Manager of Commercial Operations for a brief period in 2024 and held various positions at NuStar Energy L.P. from June 2019 to May 2024, including Sr. Manager and Manager of Business Development, as well as Sr. Project Engineer. Before joining NuStar, Ryan was a Senior Engineer at Wood from October 2012 to June 2019 and worked as a Structural Specialist at Genesis Engineering, LLC from June 2011 to September 2012. Early career experience includes a role as Field Engineer/Intern at Signal International in 2010. Ryan Keel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University, having attended from 2006 to 2011, and completed earlier education at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory from 2002 to 2006.
