Lou Ann Hunt has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lou Ann started their career in 1983 as a Computer Programmer at Trailor, SA in Paris, France. Lou Ann then joined AT&T Bell Laboratories in 1985 as a Member of Technical Staff, gaining experience in software development and design. In 1988, they moved to Advanced Micro Devices as a Field Applications Engineer, where they developed skills in field sales and engineering. From 1990 to 2010, Lou Ann worked at Sun Microsystems, holding various roles including Software Sales Executive, Regional Executive/District Sales Manager, Account Manager, District Systems Engineering Manager, and Senior Systems Engineer. In 2010, they joined Oracle Corporation as a Security Specialist, focusing on driving Oracle Identity Suite offerings for Federal Government customers, primarily across the Department of Defense. Lou Ann then worked at ForgeRock from 2014 to 2019 as a Senior Sales Executive. Currently, they are serving as a Sales Director at Transmit Security, a company specializing in creating frictionless identity experiences for customers and workforce.

Lou Ann Hunt obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology. Lou Ann then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at Stanford University from 1985 to 1986.
