Mahmoud Bakr is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in application development and technical support. Currently serving as the Application Development Team Leader and IT Solutions Architect at Transmar since January 2022, Mahmoud provides innovative systems and application solutions while designing development processes. Previously, as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at IACC Holdings from March 2018 to October 2022, Mahmoud specialized in designing applications using MS Power Apps, developing organizational workflows in MS Power Automate, and managing SharePoint systems. Additional roles include Technical Support Administrator and IT Specialist, with a foundational leadership position as Director of the Department of Computer at Al-Mayadin for Training & Development, overseeing IT training and projects. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Suez Canal University, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
