From 2008 to 2016, Andrew worked as an Electronics Team Member at Target, where they trained and mentored team members and excelled in a fast-paced retail environment. Andrew also has experience as a Student Ambassador at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2013, where they led campus tours and collaborated on various projects. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Crew Manager at E-Jay's Painting from 2011 to 2013, where they managed a team and handled material calculations and work orders.

Andrew Atkinson completed their education in Marketing with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, from the years 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they acquired an Associate's Degree in Marketing from the College of Lake County, which they pursued from 2011 to 2013.
