Marc Johnson started their career in 1996 as a Localization/Escalations Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they were responsible for creating localized software builds and addressing customer support issues. In 1998, they joined Language For Industry as the General Manager, overseeing technology, production, and day-to-day operations. Marc then moved to Translations.com in 2001, where they served as the West Coast Production Manager until 2012. In 2012, Johnson became the Division President for OneLink Operations at Translations.com.

Marc Johnson earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Marc also obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services in January 2019.
