Luis Pines has extensive experience in the technology and localization industry. Luis currently works as the Director of Product Management at Translations.com since February 2019. Prior to that, they were the Gaming Localization Technology Director at Translations.com from February 2017 to February 2019.

Before joining Translations.com, Luis was self-employed as a Videogames & Localization Technology Consultant from June 2016 to February 2017. Before their time at EA, Luis worked at Digital Domain S.L. as a Software Engineer and IT Helpdesk & Technician, where they developed tools and provided hardware and software support to customers. Luis also played a role in setting up one of the first Spanish ISPs called DDNet.

Luis Pines attended Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca from 1988 to 1992, studying Computer Science. No information is provided about the degree obtained.
