Kayla Worthy, CMP, serves as the Sr. Marketing Manager for Trade Shows & Events at Transitions Optical, where responsibilities include project management for the annual Transitions Academy, overseeing booth design and logistics for major industry tradeshows, and developing new events to certify eyecare professionals. Previous roles include Marketing Manager and Associate Marketing Manager at Vestagen Protective Technologies, where Kayla managed various events and generated significant sales in the Northwell Health System. Additional experience includes leadership positions in fraternal organizations, community coordination at Athleta, and various event management roles in the sports and hospitality sectors. Kayla holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management from The Florida State University and an Associate of Arts from Valencia College.
