Michelle Spangenberg MSW, LISW-S serves as the Clinical Manager at The Crossroads Center, overseeing inpatient services since December 2023. In addition, Michelle holds dual roles as a Forensic Crisis Worker and Outreach Supervisor at Transitional Living, TLC, where responsibilities include coordinating the Butler County/Clinton County Homeless Outreach program and supervising treatment alternative court programs. Since January 2020, Michelle has also worked as an MRSS Therapist at Butler Behavioral Health Services, Inc. Notably, prior experience includes a role as a Forensic PATH Case Worker at Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services, focusing on outreach for homeless individuals with mental illness. Michelle's academic background includes a Master of Social Work degree from Campbellsville University Carver School of Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Studies from Miami University.
