Monika Radomska is an accomplished professional with over 5 years of experience in business development and sales within the IT and fintech sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Sales at Transition Technologies MS since June 2019, Monika focuses on establishing long-term relationships with companies seeking IT nearshore services, encompassing areas such as frontend and backend development, cloud solutions, and digital marketing. Prior roles include Sales Manager at Ailleron, International Sales Manager at TEAM International, and Business Development Manager at FINANTEQ, where Monika was responsible for driving international business development and managing mobile banking projects. Monika holds a Master of Engineering degree in Business Administration and Management from Lublin University of Technology and additional qualifications from Kozminski University and Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II.
