Jenifer Spafford, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Transition Projects, where the mission focuses on assisting individuals in transitioning from homelessness to stable housing in Portland, Oregon. Jenifer also holds a role as a Human Resources Consultant at Farber Swim School and has previously acted as Director of Human Resources and Payroll at Day Wireless Systems, as well as serving in various HR consulting roles. Jenifer's extensive experience includes leadership at Neighborhood House PDX, where significant HR organizational transformations were achieved. With a Master of Business Administration in Non-Profit Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Writing, Jenifer's educational background complements a robust HR career spanning over a decade.
