Rafael Amezcua currently serves as an Apprentice Project Manager at Transition Overwatch since March 2023, where training focuses on applying processes, methods, skills, and knowledge to meet specific project objectives. Previously, Rafael served in the US Navy from July 2019 to April 2023 as a Sonar Technician, managing submarine sonar and oceanographic equipment, and conducting over 300 hours of maintenance on related systems. In an Operations Control role, Rafael successfully coordinated command functions and monitored over 250 hours of Operations Control Watch without discrepancies. Rafael graduated from Dulles High School.
