Regina Walker, MSW, LCSW, currently serves as the Family Services Coordinator at the City of Cambridge, facilitating parent education workshops and overseeing childcare staffing for the Baby U Program. With extensive experience in mental health and early intervention, Regina has worked as a Mental Health Clinician at Transition House, managing counseling services for individuals, and previously as a Service Coordinator at North Suffolk Community Services, supporting families with infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays. Additionally, Regina has held various roles in social work, including Emergency Relief Staff at HarborCOV and Clinician at The Home for Little Wanderers, along with teaching positions at East Boston YMCA. Regina holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Springfield College and has pursued further education in instructional leadership and quality improvement in early childhood education.
