Micael Batista is a skilled professional with a diverse background in product development, business process engineering, and data science. Currently serving as a Product Builder at Greenly, a Certified B Corp, and as a Co-Founder and Project Coordinator at TRANSITAR, Micael has a proven track record of managing projects and driving efficiency in various roles. Previous experience includes working as a Business Process Engineer at Climber RMS, where responsibilities involved analyzing customer lifecycles, managing financial planning, and integrating data from multiple sources. Micael also founded PedeBio, a digital marketplace for organic products in Portugal, and served as a Service Engineer at Collab, supporting software solutions for contact centers. Micael holds a Master’s degree in Data Processing and Analysis, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
