Keith MacHale has a diverse work experience that spans over 25 years. Keith started their career at Accenture, where they worked as a Business Process Management consultant from 1995 to 1999. Keith then joined daa as a Desktop Services Manager and worked there until 2003. Following that, they worked at Microsoft as a Technical Account Manager from 2003 to 2005. Keith then co-founded and served as the Managing Director of Itomic IT Services from 2005 to 2013. In 2011, they co-founded AppaJak before co-founding and becoming the CEO of Transit9 | Transport Operations in 2013. Keith also worked as a Consultant at Evros Technology Group from 2016 to 2018.

Keith MacHale obtained a BSC degree in Business and Information Technology from Trinity College Dublin between 2000 and 2003. Prior to that, they attended Moyle Park College from 1987 to 1992. Keith also holds a certification in "MS: Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions" from Microsoft.
