Michele Vernola has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Michele is currently the Director of Strategy at TransImpact, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President at MCG Logistics in Mission Viejo, CA, from March 1999 to January 2022. Michele also worked at FedEx Express for a significant portion of their career, starting in January 1987. During their time at FedEx, they held various roles encompassing global sales, field sales, operations, and customer service until March 1999.

Michele Vernola obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sales Management from California State University, Fullerton. Prior to that, they attended Magnolia High School from 1982 to 1986.
