Aina Raj is the founder of Transforming Minds, where she specializes in career change coaching to help individuals find meaning and purpose in their careers. With a background in sales and marketing with global companies, Aina is an ICF certified PCC Coach with extensive formal coaching hours and experience in executive career coaching. Prior to founding Transforming Minds, Aina worked as a Sales Consultant at Revenue.ai, in Sales and Account Management at Finesse Global, and as a Business Development Manager at DataQraft. Aina also has experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, pre-sales, and analytics from her time at Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms. Additionally, she holds an MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management and a BTech in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
