Nikii Ghumrra has extensive work experience in both the Transformers & Rectifiers (India) Ltd and Wipro BPO. Between 2008 and the present, Ghumrra has held various roles at Transformers & Rectifiers (India) Ltd, including Head of Fabrication, Plant Head of Distribution Transformers, and Plant Incharge. In these positions, Ghumrra was responsible for overseeing the manufacturing of transformer tanks, increasing output, and successfully relocating the plant. Prior to joining Transformers & Rectifiers, Ghumrra worked as a TEAM LEAD at Wipro BPO from February 2005 to November 2007.

Nikii Ghumrra completed an Engineering Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from P E S Institute of Technology, BANGALORE, from 1999 to 2002. They also received a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth. Additionally, Nikii Ghumrra obtained a MDP (Management Development Program) from IIM-A (Indian Institute of Management - Ahmedabad) during the Winter Batch of 2011-12.
