Alfredo Izquierdo has a diverse work experience in the real estate and construction industry. Alfredo started their career at Sears, Roebuck and Co. in 2004 as a CAD Designer and later transitioned to a role as a Site Planner. In 2007, they joined Sears Holdings Corporation as an Architectural Project Manager, where they worked until 2015. At Sears Holdings Corporation, Alfredo managed various architectural projects. In 2015, they joined Transformco Properties as a Real Estate Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing real estate construction projects. Eventually, they were promoted to the role of Real Estate Director, where they focused on construction, planning, and design. Alfredo's work experience demonstrates their expertise in project management, architectural design, and real estate construction.
Alfredo Izquierdo earned their Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from the Universidad de Puerto Rico, which they attended from 1998 to 2002. Alfredo then pursued a Master's degree in Architecture at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Alfredo obtained certifications as a LEED Green Associate from the U.S. Green Building Council in 2015, and they are also recognized as an architect by the State of Illinois. Alfredo is NCARB certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
