Hector Aguilar has worked in the clinical research field since 2022, when they began as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Transformative Pharmaceutical Solutions. In 2020, they joined ThreeWire, Inc. as a Clinical Research Coordinator for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine study, where their primary focus was data entry, quality check, and query resolutions. Also in 2020, Hector became a Student Assistant Tutor at Florida International University, where they taught students in a variety of courses and facilitated the learning progress via individual and group review sessions and course material content. In 2019, Hector was a Site Coordinator at Rand Eye Institute, and in 2016, they were a Learning Assistant at Florida International University, where they assisted in lecture discussion under the mentorship of Leila Allen, PH. D & Maria Shpurik, PH. D.

Hector Aguilar's education history consists of a Bachelor's of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Florida International University between 2013 and 2018, and a High School Diploma from Hialeah Senior High School between 2010 and 2013. Hector has also obtained additional certifications from LinkedIn in Google Drive Essential Training, Learning Outlook 2016, Learning PowerPoint 2016, and Learning Word 2016 in March 2020, as well as the Level 1 & 2 Tutor Training Program from Florida International University in August 2017.
