Gloria T. Witt is a Global Executive Coach and the Founder & CEO of Define Success Coaching, established in January 2014, where the focus is on leadership and team transformation to align business and people strategies for enhanced profitability. In addition to coaching roles at Thrive Partners and as a facilitator for Linkage, Inc.'s Advancing Women Leaders Academy, Gloria also serves as an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Facilitator with Define Success Coaching & Facilitation Services LLC. Gloria plays an active role in the non-profit sector as the Fund Development Committee Chair for the Boys & Girls of Greater Lynchburg. Previous experience includes significant roles in people development and business improvement at AREVA and Framatome ANP. Gloria holds an MBA from Capella University and a BA in Communications from Randolph College.
