Laurel Smith brings to Transformation Capital over sixteen years of executive support experience. She joined the team at the very beginning and has been instrumental in its growth. She manages executive support and oversees the day-to-day administration of the firm, including support for the firm’s HR, marketing and communications, and investor relations activities. Previously, she served as an Executive Assistant at Advent International, a global private equity firm. Prior to Advent, Laurel was an Executive Assistant at Stonegate Group, a real estate development, management and leasing company.

Laurel graduated magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Aside from running around the office, you might also catch Laurel running in one of many street races New England has to offer. She also enjoys music, travel, volleyball, and skiing.
