Kevin Brown joined Transformation Capital in 2019 to serve as CFO. In this role he oversees all financial, accounting, fund administration, LP reporting, and compliance activities for Transformation Capital. From 2015 to 2019, Kevin served as CFO of Leerink Capital, in which role he supported Transformation Capital’s predecessor management company and Fund I. He has more than twenty-five years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Leerink Capital, Kevin was the CFO at Charlesbank Capital Partners. Prior to his role as CFO, Kevin served as that firm’s Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance and was a member of that firm since 1998. Prior to Charlesbank, he served as Controller of Harvard Private Capital Group (Charlesbank predecessor firm) and began his tenure at Harvard Management Company in 1994 as Accounting Manager. Prior to Harvard, Kevin served as the Accounting Manager at Liberty Financial Services.

Kevin is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Massachusetts. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Stonehill College and an MBA from Suffolk University where he served as a member of the Suffolk University Accounting Advisory Board.
