Tracey A. is a seasoned professional in service design, currently serving as Principal Service Designer at Transform since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Service Design Consultant at Southern Housing Group and Tracey Allen Design, and as a Social Entrepreneur at Building Better, which focuses on innovative ideas within the housing sector. Tracey also held positions as Head of Service Design and Senior Service Designer at Metropolitan Thames Valley, and has contributed as an Innovator at the National Housing Federation. Tracey's career began at Thames Valley Housing Association and includes significant experience as Director and Co-founder of LIMINAL STUDIO, a multi-disciplinary design practice. Education includes a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communications from the University of Technology Sydney and design strategy training from IDEO.
