Dilia Pena is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in accounting and operations management. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Transformco since May 2017, Dilia oversees accounting functions for Kmart Stores and Sears Full Lines stores, including the preparation and filing of Excise Tax reports. Prior to this, Dilia worked at Sears Holdings Corporation from March 2003 to May 2017 as Supervisor of Account Operations, where responsibilities included verifying and processing regional expenses and providing vendor support. Dilia's career began at Kmart Corporation, where roles included District Coordinator and Front End Manager, focusing on administrative support and enhancing customer service. Dilia holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico and has additional education from Seminole State College of Florida.
