Pete Schwartz has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Pete most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at TransForce since July 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice-President & General Manager at SafetyServe from April 2020 to July 2022.
Before that, Pete worked at Ricoh USA, Inc. for many years, where they held various roles including Vice President of Strategy Development & Additive Manufacturing from December 2012 to April 2020, and US Strategy & Operations Director for Managed Services from August 2009 to December 2012.
Pete's earlier experience includes positions at IKON Office Solutions, where they served as the Director of Sales Compensation from April 2008 to August 2009, Director of Human Resources (HR Business Partner) from May 2005 to April 2008, Training Director of Enterprise Programs from August 1999 to May 2005, and Senior Operations Manager from April 1996 to August 1999.
Furthermore, Pete has prior experience in retail store management, having managed teams in various locations at Retail Print & Copy (Kinko's and OfficeMax) from December 1992 to April 1996.
Throughout their career, Pete has demonstrated leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and expertise in various domains such as operations, strategy development, managed services, sales compensation, human resources, and training.
Pete Schwartz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Popular Culture from Bowling Green State University in the years 1988 to 1992. Pete later acquired a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management from Villanova University in 2005 to 2006. Pete also holds a Certificate in Leading Customer-Centric Growth from Wharton Online since 2019, and a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Harvard Business School Executive Education since 2015. Additionally, they obtained the SPHR certification (lapsed) from SHRM.
