Mahmoud Abdallah has had a career in IT, with experience in DevOps engineering and IT automation. Mahmoud began their professional journey as a trainee at Orange in 2017 before moving on to Vodafone as an IT Automation Engineer in 2019. Mahmoud worked in that role until 2021 before transitioning to the role of DevOps Engineer at DXC Technology, where they worked until mid-2023. Currently, they serve as a DevOps Engineer at Transflo.

Mahmoud Abdallah earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cairo University in the period between 2012 and 2017. Mahmoud also holds several certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) which they obtained in January 2022, as well as ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Fundamentals, Kanban Management Professional - KMP ll, and Kanban System Design - KMP I from ICAgile and Kanban University. It is unclear when they obtained these certifications.
