Terrell Doolen has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2000 with Overture Services, Inc. where they held the roles of Operations Analyst and Customer Service Supervisor. In 2003, they became the Helpdesk Manager for Yahoo Inc. and then moved to PowerOne Media in 2005 as a Senior Support Specialist. In 2006, they joined Transfinder and has since held the roles of Professional Services Manager, Professional Services Consultant, and Support Manager.
Terrell Doolen began their educational journey in 1986 when they graduated from Salem Community High School with a diploma. Terrell then attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education - Teaching of Social Sciences in 1994. Afterward, they attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1995 to 1997, studying Telecommunications.
