Victor Kalinin currently serves as the Chief Scientist at Transense Technologies plc since January 2001. Previously, Victor held the position of Senior Lecturer in RF Circuit Design and Communications at OxfordBrookes University from September 1996 to January 2002. Victor obtained their PhD in RF Engineering from Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University) in 1983 and their MSc in Radio Physics and Electronics from the same institute in 1978.
