Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in various roles within the fields of nutrition, business management, and compliance. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a Nutrióloga at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching courses in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Nutrition, Food, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México.
