Francois-Xavier Chirol is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Group Learning & Development Director at Transdev since 2016. Previously, Francois-Xavier held the position of Group HR Development Director at ELIS, where focus was placed on talent management and people reviews within a large-scale service organization. Prior to that, Francois-Xavier served as the HR Director for the Automotive & Transports Division at ALTRAN, where responsibilities included strategic HR management and leading talent initiatives.
