Júlia Guerreiro is an Applications and Improvement Manager at Transdev Portugal, overseeing production management software and process modelling since August 2019. Prior experience includes serving as an Operation Methods Technician, where responsibilities involved staff training, study development support, user assistance for management tools, and database auditing. Prior to Transdev, Júlia worked as a Real Time Analyst at Sitel, focusing on KPI reporting, workforce management, operations monitoring, and schedule planning. Additionally, Júlia was a researcher at the Centre for Geographical Studies, contributing to the GenMob project with database management, statistics, project development, and article writing support. Júlia is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information and Enterprise Systems at Instituto Superior Técnico, following a Post Graduate study in Spatial Planning and Urbanism, and a Bachelor's degree in Spatial Planning from the University of Lisbon.
