Shannon Borst currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Transdev North America, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Shannon spent two decades at First Transit, progressing through various leadership positions including Director of Business Development, Regional Director of Operations, Transportation District Manager of Operations, and General Manager. Shannon's expertise encompasses new business strategy, operational oversight across multiple transportation services, labor relations, and contract compliance. Earlier career experience includes roles at Laidlaw Transit as Safety Manager, ADA Paratransit Manager, Operations Administrator, and Operator. Shannon holds a degree in Surgical Technology from Southeast Tech.
