Ella Bernier currently holds the position of Analyste performance and Directrice Transport Adapté at Transdev Canada since January 2023, having previously served as Paratransit Coordinator. Prior experience includes roles as Chargée d'études et méthodes - Appels d'offres and Chargée de mission exploitation at Transdev from April 2019 to January 2023, and as Coordinateur transports at T3M from June 2017 to March 2019. Ella Bernier worked at SNCF from May 2016 to June 2017 as Superviseur du plan de transport 3x8 and at SNCF Réseau from December 2014 to May 2016 in the role of Chargée de mission corridors de fret ferroviaire et multimodaux. Earlier experience includes working as Assitant transport en alternance at SNCF from November 2013 to September 2014 and as Assistant de recherche at Université d'Ottawa in early 2013. Ella Bernier holds a Master's degree in Géographie et cartographie from the University of Ottawa and a Master 2 (M2) in Géographie Aménagent du territoire from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
