Paolo Arana has a solid background in workforce management, business intelligence, and production planning. With experience in companies such as transcosmos Asia Philippines Inc., Tata Consultancy Services, hibu, and more, Paolo has held various roles from Workforce Supervisor to Real Time Analyst. Paolo holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology and has a strong educational foundation from Ateneo de Manila University.
