Lana Sinković has a strong background in Business Intelligence (BI) design and delivery. Lana currently holds the position of Head of BI Design & Delivery at Transcom, where they are responsible for managing projects and leading the BI team. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior BI Project Manager & Business Analyst at the same company.

Before joining Transcom, Lana worked at Poslovna Inteligencija as a Project Manager and BI Consultant. During their time there, they handled multiple projects simultaneously, primarily in the Telecommunications and Media industries. Lana'smain responsibilities included developing project scopes, proposing solutions for client needs, managing resources and budget, and overseeing project documentation.

Lana also gained valuable experience at Hrvatski Telekom, where they held various roles, including Business Analysis and Reporting Group Leader, Senior Process Technology and Service Quality Specialist, and Customer Services Business Intelligence Specialist. In these positions, they were responsible for KPI monitoring, data maintenance and analysis, and managing projects related to KPI reporting automatization and BI tool implementation.

Earlier in their career, Lana worked as a Sales Representative at Philips.

Lana Sinković holds a Master of Science in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER), which they obtained in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from the same institution in 2011. In addition to their degrees, they also hold certifications in IT Service Management from ITIL Certified (obtained in 2015), and in English proficiency and NLP Practitioner from the University of Cambridge and Krug izvrsnosti respectively.
