Himan Saikia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and project management, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Project Management at Transcom since February 2024. Prior to this role, Himan held the position of Director of Strategic Initiatives and General Manager at VCOSMOS from September 2021 to January 2024. From February 2010 to August 2021, Himan worked at Teleperformance, progressing through roles such as Call Center Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Contact Center Manager, and Assistant Manager Customer Care, where responsibilities included employee supervision, performance assessment, and policy implementation.
