Devin Santoso is an innovative professional currently serving as a Transcend Fellow at Transcend Network, engaging with a global community of edtech founders since July 2023. As a co-founder of Gradient, initiated in January 2022, Devin focuses on addressing the challenges of cost, access, and quality in education. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Institut Teknologi Bandung, collaborating on earthquake resilience research and AI applications, and being a finalist in the Indonesia Digital Tribe competition, where Devin successfully pitched Gradient to local investors. Previous roles also include Digital Strategist at Sharkmind, where revenue growth for makeup brands was achieved, and Geotechnical Engineer at Terracon, ensuring the integrity of geopiers for construction projects. Devin holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and is pursuing a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst certification from the Corporate Finance Institute.
