Matthew Mongeau is an experienced tax professional currently serving as Senior Manager, Tax at Transamerica since April 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew spent over 17 years at Carlson, advancing from Senior Tax Accountant/Tax Supervisor to Tax Manager, International, and finally to Tax Director, International. Earlier in Matthew's career, experience was gained as a Senior Tax Accountant at Deloitte from August 2002 to May 2005. Matthew holds a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, completed in 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Accounting, earned in 2002 from the same institution.
