Christopher Castro is an experienced professional in the financial industry, currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Sales at Transamerica since June 2013. Prior to this role, Christopher held various positions at Merrill Lynch from April 2000 to June 2013, including Vice President of Retirement Plan, Retirement Plan Specialist, IRA Distributions Manager, and ML Direct Representative. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Account Representative at Summit Equities from 1999 to 2000 and as a Workers Comp Account Representative at Travelers from 1998 to 1999. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University – Madison.
