Peter Ang is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in electrical engineering. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at TransAlta since July 2023, Peter has previously held similar positions at ATCO Australia and worked as a freelance consultant with Balance Utility Solutions. Peter's earlier roles include leadership positions at Leighton Asia, where responsibilities included OPF Electrical Superintendent and Lead Electrical Engineer, as well as Senior Electrical Engineer at GHD. Additionally, Peter served as System Forecasting Manager at Western Power. Peter earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from The University of Western Australia between 1990 and 1995.
