Jignesh Parmar is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in taxation and corporate law. Currently serving as a Director at Transaction Square since June 2019, Jignesh has held various positions including Associate Director and Manager. Prior to Transaction Square, Jignesh worked at KPMG India from September 2014 to June 2019, where Jignesh progressed from Executive to Assistant Manager. Earlier experience includes a role as Officer Taxation at Suresh Surana & Associates LLP. Jignesh holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Mumbai, along with an Associate Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounts, Tax, FM, and Costing from the University of Mumbai.
